The republican public institution "Central state archive" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CSA RK) and al-Farabi Kazakh National University Alumni Assocaation will organize a round table and an exhibition "The Great Patriotic War – in archival documents. The declassified documents".

Main objective of an exhibition is fragmentary display of the documents which are stored in archive about participants of the Great Patriotic War, veterans of the 316th rifle division (8 Panfilov Guards rifle divisions) and the declassified documents of archival fund No. 1146 "Kazakh military commissariat (Kazvoyenkomat)" for 1938-1945.

The archival documents presented at an exhibition show data on general mobilization of the population in ranks of the Red Army, an appeal of citizens, formation of the 316th rifle division (8 Panfilov Guards rifle divisions), 100 and 101 Kazakh separate shooting crews, etc.

In the program: the round table and the presentation of an exhibition and also is planned the display of the documentary "The Erased Names" about history of formation and a fighting way of 100 and 101 Kazakh separate shooting crews removed by KTK TV channel in 2010.

 For participation in an action veterans of the Second World War, scientists, archivists, military, local historians, representatives of UNESCO, Consulates of Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, the public and mass media, etc. are invited.
