I.K. Temerbaev made a great contribution to the development of the faculty 

The Kazakh National University  Al-Farabi, Faculty of History, will hold an International Scientific-Practical Conference on March 30, 2024, on the topic: "Current Issues in Ethnology, Anthropology, and Museology in the Eurasian Space: Traditions and Innovations," dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the university and the 70th anniversary of Kalys Amanzhol Boranbayuly – Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor.

The Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences has published a collective monograph "Eastern Branches of the Russian Diaspora". This is a continuation of the traditional series of collective monographs. Now researchers can familiarize themselves with the contents of the sixth volume.

A.N.Duysenbai made a great contribution to the development of the faculty and the university, and in this regard, the Faculty of History nominates Alzhan Duysenbai to the Presidium of the Alumni Association of Al Farabi Kazakh National University.

In the near future, a meeting of the Presidium of the KazNU Alumni Association will be held under the chairmanship of the President of the Association, Kairat Abdrazakuly Mami.

Project "KazNU Graduate Identification Card"

Every year the Alumni Associations make applications for the publication of the "Alumni Identification Card". This year the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology and the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences were the first to carry out such work.

On January 15, 2024, at the start of the jubilee events on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Farabi Universityi, Murat Adilkhanov, an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, solemnly handed over a new bus to his Alma Mater.
