The presentation was organized by the Issyk State Historical and Cultural Reserve-Museum of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Historical Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The presentation was opened with a brief introductory speech by the moderator Dosbol Suleimenovich Baigunakov, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, co–author of the monograph and head of the scientific program of the same name (PCF), Dean of the Historical Faculty of Al–Farabi Kazakh National University.

According to the methods of forensic archaeology and forensic anthropology, fragments of repressive policy in Kazakhstan have been restored: the last days of the victims of repression, the execution of the sentence, the instruments of "murder" have been recreated and studied, personal belongings of prisoners have been studied, anatomical materials have been described, approximate age, human height, etc. have been established. The new scientific direction is an achievement and contribution of scientists and graduates of al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The speeches of the descendants of victims of political repression, as well as the head of the Liber publishing house, were also heard with great attention.
The Liber publishing house provided the collective work of scientists not only with photographs and color illustrations, but also with an interactive application. Here are audio materials on a scientific project; the results of genetic analyses of about 50 repressed citizens; videos about repressive practices in Kazakhstan, etc. The reader can open a QR code scanner on their device or simply turn on the camera, which supports reading the QR code. After pointing the camera at the QR code, the encrypted information will instantly appear on the screen, provided the Internet is stable.
The participants of the presentation expressed confidence that the scientific work of archaeologists, historians, archivists, criminologists, forensic experts, geneticists will be in demand by all those interested in the history of Kazakhstan of the twentieth century.
