Over the years Auez Taimbetov held such positions as Independent Director of “Volkovgeology”, subsidiary company of joint-stock company “NAC “Kazatomprom”,Chairman of the Board of  Directors of “Atameken”, Chairman of Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty.

     At present Auez Taimbetov is Chairman of  the Board of SEC “Aktobe”.

Auez Taimbetov actively takes part in  faculty life, enjoying his time with professors and students, participating in all important events. He provides financial assistance not only in the frame of the faculty, but of University as well.

     A.B.Taimbetov has made a great contribution in the development of  faculty therefore faculty of  international relations submits the candidacy of Auez Taimbetov to the membership of the Alumni Association Presidium  of KazNU.
