Baltabaeva Kulgazira Nurlanovna - a graduate of the Faculty of History, KazNU of 1976 and full-time graduate of the Novosibirsk State University. Candidate of Historical Sciences. The author of the monograph "The Kazakhs and Tatars in Western Siberia. 1919-1932 years" (Gylym, 1992), "Kazakh Diaspora and repatriation. 1991-2012" (co-author, 2015). Deputy editor of volumes 1 and 2 of the book of the outstanding graduates of the KazNU "Our elite" (2009,2014).
In role as Executive Director of the Association Kulgazira worked in 2008-2011. Elected for the second time January 13, 2016
