The Alumni Association of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University proudly announces the new important appointment of its graduate, experienced diplomat Almurat Asylmuratovich Turganbekov.

On November 15, 2024, by the decree of the Head of State, Turganbekov Almurat Asylmuratovich was appointed the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Mexican States. Prior to this, he held other important diplomatic positions, advancing Kazakhstan's interests on the international stage.

Turganbekov Almurat Asylmuratovich is a 1993 graduate of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. His profound knowledge and diplomatic experience play a key role in strengthening Kazakhstan's international relations.

The Alumni Association of KazNU is confident in his success in this new diplomatic mission and wishes him a productive career.
