The Alumni Association of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University takes great pride in its graduate, Talgat Rakhymkululy, who has reached significant heights in the diplomatic sphere.

On January 5, 2025, by decree of the Head of State, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Shaldanbay Talgat Rakhymkululy, was appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Iraq and the State of Palestine concurrently (Akorda, 2025).

Talgat Rakhymkululy is a graduate of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where he specialized in 'Teaching Kazakh Language and Literature and Arabic Language.' His appointment reflects Kazakhstan's commitment to strengthening diplomatic ties with Middle Eastern countries.
