The Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science proposes the candidacy of Zhazykbay Darkhan Medegaliuly, Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to the Presidium of the KazNU Alumni Association.

Over the years, Zhazykbai Darkhan Medegaliuly held positions as a teacher at the Almaty Law Institute, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; was a senior inspector of the Department of Personnel Work, a senior inspector for special assignments, head of the Personnel Department of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was a deputy head of the Administrative Department, and served as head of the Department of Personnel Work and Protection of State Secrets of the Senate Apparatus of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan; was Deputy Chief of Staff of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, worked as Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zhazykbai Darkhan Medegaliuly made a great contribution to the development of the faculty and the university and in this regard, the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science nominates Zhazykbai Darkhan Medegaliuly to the Presidium of the KazNU Alumni Association.
