On March 3, 2021, Chairman of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President of the Alumni Association of Al-Farabi Kazakh national university, doctor of juridical sciences, professor Kairat Abdrazakuly Mami arrived at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Kairat Abdrazakuly congratulated Zhanseit Tuymebayev on his appointment to the post of rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, wished him success in his work and voiced confidence that the alma mater will maintain and increase continuity in the mutually beneficial cooperation of the University with the Alumni Association established in 1994.

The issue of preparing and holding on May 29 the universitywide holiday Alumni Day of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University was discussed at the meeting. This year it is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Depending on the epidemiological situation in the country, the Alumni Day is planned to be held offline and, as last year, online at all departments of faculties on the ZOOM platform.

The agenda of the alumni reunion of different generations was discussed.
