Murat Adilkhanov

      Born February 6, 1973 in the village of Bulaqty Alakol district of Almaty region. A graduate of the Law Faculty of the Kazakh State University (1994) and Zhetysu Economic Institute (1997).
      M.A.Adilhanov since 1995, is one of the founders and developers of a number of joint-stock companies: "Almaty Trade Bank", "Trans-Asian Commercial Bank". In 1998 he was appointed vice-president of the Association of Limited Liability Company "Kazakh International Fund for indigenous peoples and ethnic minorities (" KazInterEtnos ").
      In 2003 he founded and headed the Limited Liability Company «KoktemGroupLTD». The main activity of the company - investment activity in the sphere of construction, support of transactions on the lease of office space.
      M.A. Adilkhanov has a lot of positive feedback and thanks for their professionalism, quality and organization of the performance of work. In addition to projects in Almaty MA Adilkhanov began the development of infrastructure for tourism in Almaty Oblast. This development corresponds to the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan from November 11, 2014 "Nurly Zhol - Path to the Future." It is in this direction is the construction of 16-storey hotel complex on the territory of the prospective development of Taldykorgan in south-westerly direction. The design concept provides for the opening of the hotel in Almaty oblast class 4 *, analogues which are currently not present in the region, including that and inhibits the development of a tourist destination. Also it is built 5-storey hotel complex in the area on the coast of Alakol Lake Alakol from Akshi village. Starting in 2015, the construction of new projects in Almaty and Almaty region, the company has invested in the amount of 19 billion tenge.
      M.A. Adilkhanov - PhD, Professor Emeritus of Zhetysu Economic Institute. Author of monographs and articles in national and international publications on the economy, finance and human resources: "The economic system of employment regulation mechanisms" (2013), "Problems of the economy and the financial system in the establishment of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2013). In February 2012, MA Adilkhanov was elected Maslikhat of Almaty city on the 28th electoral district of Medeu District and a member of the Committee on Social Affairs and Public Accord with maslikhat Almaty.
      Since 2011 leads and party work: Member of the Political Council of the People's Democratic Party "Nur Otan", member of the Political Bureau of Medeu regional branch of the party, part of the Public Council for Combating Corruption "Nur-Otan" Medeu district of Almaty city.
