In different years, Alzhan Noyanuly held the positions of deputy of the state municipal enterprise (GKP) "Almaty turgyn uy" of the Akimat of Almaty, was the head of the municipal state institution "Management of Affairs" of the administration of Ust-Kamenogorsk, held the position of head of the state institution "Department of Housing Inspection of the administration of Ust-Kamenogorsk, and was also the general director of LLP "DARA PLUS".

Currently, Alzhan Noyanuly is the General Director of KazStroySnab+ Company LLP. Alzhan Noyanuly provides financial assistance not only within the faculty, but also at the university.
