Almasadam Maidanovich

        Born October 31, 1970 in Almaty. From 1987 to 1992. studied at the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi, specialty "Mechanics", he was qualified as "mechanic, an applied mathematician." In 2002 he defended his thesis on the topic "Planning pipeline transport projects in terms of oil and gas industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan." Candidate of Economic Sciences.
        From 1992 to 1997 he was engaged in private commercial activities. In 1997-2001 he worked at JSC "National Company for Oil Transportation", "KazTransOil", in the following positions: manager, head of department, managing director and vice-president of economics. In 2001-2006. He worked at JSC "Kazakhstan company Electricity Grid« KEGOC »Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of the economy, the first vice-president. From May 2006 to December 2007 - Director-Head of JSC «KEGOC» group, director of electric power assets management of JSC "Kazakhstan Holding for Management of State Assets" "Samruk".
      From January to September 2007 - Vice-Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Then he appointed President and Chairman of the Board of JSC "Kazakhstan company Electricity Grid« KEGOC ». In May 2008 he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Electricity Association. From October 2008 to December 2009 - the first vice-president of JSC «KEGOC». Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Samruk-Energo" (June 2011 to January 2012, re-elected in June 2015).
     He was awarded the Order "Kurmet" (2008), medals "Kazakstan Konstitutsiyasyna zhyl 10" (2005), "Astananyn Zhyldygy 10" (2008). Has Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Honored Power Engineer of the CIS (2003).
