Acmadi Adilovich Sarbasov  - Chairman of the Committee on the Control and Social Protection - Chief State Inspector of Labour of the Republic of Kazakhstan.              

He was born on October 4, 1977 inWest Kazakhstan region, Chingirlausky area , his nationality is Kazakh.                                                                                              

In 1999 he graduated from KazakhNationalUniversity named after Al-Farabi, majoring in political science, in 2001- from  Eurasian HumanitarianUniversity, as a lawyer, in 2013 -theCentralKazakhstanAcademy, majoring in management.       Conducted a training course at the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization ITC (ILO), Turin, Italy (2011)., High School of Public Policy at Nazarbayev University and the School of Public Policy Lee Kuan Yew (Singapore) (2013.).                        

From 1999 to 2005 he worked in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a specialist, leading specialist, chief specialist, head of the department of control, analysis of the normative legal acts of the Department of Registration and control of regulatory legal acts of central and local government bodies. Since 2005 he worked in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the post of deputy director of the department of employment and state control over the observance of labor legislation, director of the law department, the Department of Labor and Social Partnership, Chairman of the Committee on Migration. In August 2013 he was appointed chairman of the Committee on the Control and Social Protection as the chief state labor inspector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
